Co-authored with journalist Hari Bahadur Thapa, it provides an insider’s account of Nepal's governance shifts from the absolute Panchayat monarchy to a democratic republic. It highlights his strategic roles as Governor of the central bank, Finance Minister, Ambassador to the US and India, and his work leading the Nepal-India Eminent Persons Group (EPG).
