Standard delivery is 2–5 business days, express is 1–2 business days, and Click & Collect is ready in about 2 hours. Dispatch usually happens within 24 hours of payment.
Yes — standard shipping is free on orders over $ 100. Click & Collect is always free from any BookAide store.
Most books can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they’re in original, resellable condition. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded for free.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
On the login screen, click “Forgot password” and we’ll email you a secure link to set a new one. The link expires after 60 minutes for your safety.
